Working with People is my business, Helping people is my passion!
I moved back to the quaint city of Sioux City Iowa in October of 2008,( which, is rated in the top 10 places to live for affordability). I was born and raised in Sioux City and graduated from Heelan High School in 1974. My father ( Isadore Girard) is one of 18 children and I have 5 siblings. Therefore understand the concept of large family life. I am a Humor Ambassador (Caring Clown) with Saint Lukes Medical Center, and enjoy helping people solve problems and fulfill dreams. I currently am licensed in Iowa, South Dakota and Nebraska, have served on the Board of Directors for the Lodi Association of Realtors, and was the President in 2003. I was a California Association of Realtors Director for 3 years, 2001, 2002, 2003 and Realtor of the Year in 2004.
My community involvement is a very strong part of my life; I have graduated from the Lodi Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lodi Program. I received my Doctorate degree in February 2004 with Real Estate as my Major. Education has been and still is the foundation in my business career. I have obtained my Certified Residential Specialist (C.R.S.), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Graduate of the Realtors Institute (G.R.I.) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations and I have attended Accredited Staging Training. I have attended classes by Pepperdine Law School for Mediation and Arbitration training.
My background includes farming and the medical field. Having been raised in Sioux City, Iowa, I am happy to return to a community I love. I have two children Jamie Dik and Jason Keairns, a son in law (Dr. Joseph Dik) & daughter in law ( Angela Parcel) and 3 delightful grandchildren, Caden, Ashlyn and Piper Rae.
My motto:
I
believe that God is first and family comes second. As a Realtor, I treat my clients like family. If you want special treatment call me for your all your real estate needs. |
